Every Saturday morning May through August, breathe and unwind at Yoga in the Park. Start your weekend feeling refreshed and centered, with complimentary yoga session. Open to all experience levels, our local expert YMCA instructors will guide you through a variety of yoga styles designed to calm your mind and energize your body. Bring your mat, your friends, and enjoy the fresh air.
