As the year comes to a close, we’re taking a moment to reflect on everything that made 2025 at Biltmore Park so special. From active spring mornings to music-filled summer nights and cherished holiday traditions, this year was defined by moments of connection, celebration, and community.

Winter Beginnings: Valentine’s Sip & Shop

The year began with a celebration of connection at our Valentine’s Sip & Shop, where guests were invited to stroll through Town Square, enjoy festive sips, and discover special offers from Biltmore Park stores. It was a sweet way to kick off the year, celebrating love and community.

Early in the year, Biltmore Park also welcomed exciting growth with the opening of Kendra Scott, bringing timeless style and a new shopping experience to Town Square. The addition was a bright start to a year filled with new faces and fresh energy.

Spring: Wellness, Growth & Fresh Starts

As winter gave way to spring, the focus shifted to balance, movement, and health with Wellness in the Park.

Spring brought opportunities to slow down and reconnect through the Earth Day Celebration, the return of Wildflowers & Wellness during Mother’s Day weekend, and the introduction of our brand-new Yoga in the Park series in partnership with the Reuter YMCA. Weekly outdoor classes invited neighbors to move, breathe, and enjoy the beauty of the season together.

Early Summer: Farmers Markets, Music & Community Traditions

Warmer days brought the return of beloved traditions. The Biltmore Park Farmers Market kicked off another lively season, quickly becoming a weekly gathering place filled with fresh produce, handcrafted goods, familiar faces, and local flavor. Even in the face of back-to-back rainstorms, the community came out strong to support our unstoppable local vendors.

Thursdays in Town Square once again felt like a celebration of everything we love about our community. One particularly memorable moment occurred when the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile made a surprise visit, adding a bit of whimsy and fun to an already joyful market season.

June also brought the opening of Warby Parker, adding a thoughtfully designed retail experience to Town Square and further growing the Biltmore Park business community.

Summer evenings came alive with the return of Concerts in the Park, featuring live music from a variety of bands, including Mission Impossible, a much-loved local group of Biltmore Park residents and Mission Hospital workers. Picnic blankets and warm breezes set the scene for nights you wished could last a little longer.

July welcomed Rowan, bringing a modern, elevated ear-piercing experience to Town Square and adding to the park’s growing mix of unique offerings.

Fall: Festive Fun & Community Favorites

As summer gave way to fall, Biltmore Park leaned into playful, family-friendly traditions.

Paws & Pumpkins returned with wagging tails, creative costumes, and plenty of photo-worthy moments, welcoming four-legged friends (and their humans) for a celebration filled with Fall charm. The Farmers Market shifted into its autumn flavors, offering seasonal favorites that made crisp mornings even sweeter.

October marked the highly anticipated opening of Posana, adding a new culinary destination that quickly became a gathering place for unique meals and memorable moments.

Winter Magic: Traditions & Twinkling Lights

The 2025 Holidays in the Park season brought some of the year’s most magical moments.

Our annual Biltmore Park Tree Lighting kicked off the festivities with music, cheer, and the unmistakable feeling that the holidays had arrived. Soon after, Santa and his elves returned to Biltmore Park, delighting families with photos, crafts, live music, and the joyful energy that makes Santa in the Square a beloved tradition year after year.

New in 2025, the Winter Lights Trolley offered a fresh way to experience the season — transporting guests from Biltmore Park to the North Carolina Arboretum for a cozy, glowing journey that quickly became a holiday highlight.

Looking Ahead

From spring wellness gatherings to summer music, fall festivities, and winter traditions, 2025 was a year filled with moments that brought people together. Whether you joined us for yoga on the lawn, a concert in the park, a stroll through the Farmers Market, or a family photo with Santa, every experience helped shape another unforgettable year at Biltmore Park.

As we look ahead, we’re grateful for the community that continues to make Biltmore Park a place to gather, celebrate, and feel at home. Here’s to more memories, more moments, and more magic in the year ahead.
