A beautiful spring morning brought an incredible turnout for Yoga in the Park, led by one of the wonderful instructors from @ymcawnc.

Each Saturday, the Town Square Green transforms into a peaceful outdoor space where all levels are welcome to stretch, breathe, and reset for the weekend. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting out, it’s the perfect way to reconnect with yourself and the season. Free and open to all—just bring a mat!
