Mindful movement is coming to the heart of South Asheville. Opening this fall in Biltmore Park Town Square, barre3 Asheville brings an empowering blend of strength, cardio, and mindfulness to the local wellness scene.
Led by local owner Hannah Walters, the studio will be located at 2 Town Square Blvd, Suite 160, right beside Thirsty Monk. At barre3 Asheville, each class invites you to move with intention, challenge your limits, and reconnect with your breath—through low-impact isometric strength work, energizing cardio bursts, and restorative breathwork.
