Biltmore Park Town Square is excited to announce the opening of OIL & VINEGAR.
OIL & VINEGAR was founded in The Netherlands in 1999 and reflects a contemporary take on rustic southern European kitchens by placing an emphasis on being “Passionate about Taste.” At the store you are encouraged to sample products and receive tips on how to best use them. You will find a variety of products at the store including “on tap” oil and vinegar, mustards, olives, dried herb mixes, spreads, and more. The focal point of the store is the amphora wall, where an international selection of over 30 oils and vinegars are suspended in glass containers. The customer selects a bottle or brings in a previously purchased bottle from the store for a refill, and the staff dispenses the selection on-tap. The shop’s design turns shopping into an adventurous experience.
