Yoga in the Park 2025: A Season of Community and Wellness
This past spring and summer, the Town Square Green at Biltmore Park came alive every Saturday morning with the calming flow of Yoga in the Park. From April 12 through August 23, participants gathered on the lawn in front of the Reuter Family YMCA to stretch, breathe, and connect under the guidance of expert YMCA instructors.
This free, community-centered series was led by four talented instructors throughout the season, each bringing their own style and inspiration.. Friends, families, and neighbors came together to enjoy the beauty of outdoor yoga, fostering wellness in both body and mind.
The season concluded on Saturday, August 23, with Tom Hey leading the final practice of 2025 – a fitting close to months of movement, mindfulness, and connection.
We’re grateful to everyone who joined us this year and made Yoga in the Park such a success. The series will return in 2026, so be sure to follow on the Biltmore Park Town Square website and social media for future updates!
