On Friday, July 29th, 2011, Biltmore Park hosted an Appreciation Party for the condominium and townhome owners in Town Square. The event was held in the owners’ clubhouse near the pool. The residents socialized, enjoyed musical stylings from guitarist James Barr and munched on hors d’oeuvres prepared by chef Randy at Roux of the Hilton Biltmore Park.
