Don’t miss an exciting summer pop-up shop in the Town Square! Thirsty Monk has partnered with Bluebird Bubble Tea to share a beer and boba-filled pop-up shop with you which will kick off on Sunday, July 16.
Bluebird Bubble Tea is a local, family-owned, and women-owned business that originated from a Bluebird Chevy bus touring around Asheville, serving delicious boba drinks. As their popularity grew, they expanded and opened a permanent location off of Sweeten Creek. Now, their second location is a pop-up shop next to Thirsty Monk!
Come check it out and enjoy the menu featuring Thirsty Monk & Bluebird Bubble Tea’s food and drink collabs! Bluebird will also have various milk teas and lemonades with popping boba, jellies, and traditional boba add-in options!
