Led by hypnotherapist Kelly Harrison, participants will learn mindfulness, meditation, guided imagery, and deep breathing exercises. Participants will be on the floor and only need to wear comfortable clothes. This program can also improve your health by boosting your immune system, being heart-healthy, and may reduce and prevent inflammation. Class meets every Tues. at 7:00-8:00 a.m. from Jan. 24-Mar. 14.
