The 2nd Annual Wildflowers & Wellness brought well

The 2nd Annual Wildflowers & Wellness brought wellness to life this past Saturday, full of community, movement, and spring energy. 🌿

Held on the Town Square Green, the day began with high-energy Zumba and continued with Tai Chi from @ymcawnc , a strength-meets-mindfulness workout from @barre3asheville, and a grounding session led by @lululemon.

Attendees explored wellness booths from Biltmore Park favorites, picked up bouquets from @posyonwheels just in time for Mother’s Day, and enjoyed outdoor games with family and friends.

The rain held off, the community showed up, and a few lucky guests went home with incredible giveaways, like a massage from @sensibilitiesdayspa and a Half Dome tent from @rei.

A beautiful day of connection, calm, and wellness in full bloom.
