Biltmore Park Town Square Gains Increased Interest from Business and Technological Sector

Biltmore Park Town Square is pleased to welcome Thermo Fisher Scientific, Inc., the world leader in serving science, which will move into Asheville’s first LEED Gold Certified office building, located at 28 Schenck Parkway in Biltmore Park in south Asheville.  Thermo Fisher Scientific will locate employees to their 25,140 square foot office space starting in March 2011.

Thermo Fisher is the second office tenant to sign a lease of over 25,000 square feet in Biltmore Park within the last six months.  Overall, Biltmore Park Town Square has signed office leases totaling 67,586 square feet in 2010.
