The French Broad Cycling Classic is this weekend, July 19th through the 21st, 2013!
Presented by the Asheville Bicycle Racing Club, this year’s cycling classic will offer a $15,000 cash prize purse, 3 day Omnium, new Downtown Marshall TT Course, a raffle for Industry Nine Custom i25TL Wheelset, and for the first time ever, the new Mission Health Criterium in Biltmore Park Town Square!
Mission Health Criterium in Biltmore Park
Join Biltmore Park Town Square as we host the last day of the French Broad Cycling Classic. The Mission Health Criterium will be held on Sunday, July 21st, between 8 am and 6 pm in Town Square. Click here for more information about this event.
Criterium Course Description
The Criterium ride is a 0.72 mile closed circuit running counter-clockwise. The Bike Ride has a total ascent of 68.9 ft and has a maximum elevation of 2,188.32 ft. The Start and Finish line is west of the traffic circle on Town Square Blvd.

The French Broad Cycling Classic is proud to be part of the Southeast Regional Series, the 3rd stop in "5 race weekends over 5 months in 5 states Championship" staged across the greater Southeast to determine Champions in all USAC categories hosted.

Once you are here, follow the signs and volunteer marshals to Team Parking (reserved) and Racer Parking. The parking volunteers will direct you to ‘open and uncovered’ parking.
There is also covered parking available in 4 decks, with a limited clearance ceiling of 7’. Bikes inside or on the back OK; Bikes on the top – No Way!
