Town Square Celebrates Breast Cancer Awareness Month

On Friday, October 8th, Biltmore Park Town Square kicked off their celebration of Breast Cancer Awareness Month by welcoming cancer survivors, friends, family, residents, Mayor Bellamy, and others to join them in officially welcoming Asheville Breast Center South to the area.

Local band Rattle played just after the ribbon cutting while attendees mingled and learned more about the importance of preventative care. Asheville Breast Center South provides Asheville area women with mammograms and education about their health in a comfortable and relaxing environment. Visit them at Two Town Square Boulevard, Suite 110, to learn more about their services.

Later this month, Biltmore Park will continue its celebration of Breast Cancer Awareness Month by hosting Pink in the Park, a 5k walk that will help raise money to support the cause. You can also stop by Natural Impressions for discounted services, including pink hair extensions, on Friday, October 15th, with all proceeds going towards Asheville Breast Center South.
