Leo’s Italian Social Comes to Biltmore Park This Fall

October 27, 2022

Biltmore Farms, LLC and Biltmore Park Town Square are pleased to announce that a new Italian restaurant is making its way to Asheville.

Leo’s Italian Social will be opening its first location in Western North Carolina at 264 Thetford Street (next door to Regal Biltmore Grande movie theater) in the fall of 2022. The main menu includes classics like eggplant and chicken parmesan, steak and seafood, as well as wood-fired pizzas. The list of Italian dessert options features tiramisu, cannolis, and gelato.

“What many people may not know is there are 18 dining places in Biltmore Park, so we believe that Biltmore Park Town Square is becoming more of a dining destination for people to come to,” Ben Teague, Vice President of Strategic Development of Biltmore Farms said. “They have a brunch option for people to partake in as well as a social hour, so if you think of Leo’s as a part of the community as a whole, it’s a perfect fit.”

“Biltmore Park truly represents a community that’s a microcosm of the greater area,” Teague said. “We want to continue to see life in the park and to see people of all ages interacting and enjoying the restaurants here and the retail entities here.”

The Chef Art Pour restaurant group, founded by Bret Adams and based in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, has several other restaurants in their profile including Burntwood Tavern in Ohio and Florida.

Offering social hour specials daily from 3-6 p.m., Leo’s Italian Social will become your new favorite neighborhood Italian spot. We look forward to their weekend brunch and are excited to welcome them to the neighborhood!
