The Benefits of Working in Town Square

After breaking ground five years ago, Asheville's Biltmore Park Town Square is enjoying a summer full of exciting restaurant openings, blockbuster movie premieres, new residents, and even the opening of the Hilton Asheville. For several years, office tenants have enjoyed watching the project unfold, and many are already enjoying the unique work atmosphere that Biltmore Park provides.

Heath Lefberg started his practice, Lefberg Dental, in 2004, and he will soon be approaching his five year anniversary in Biltmore Park. "It's exciting to see and be a part of all of the changes that have occured in those years," he said. "I chose Biltmore Park for my practice because it seems to have the same philosophy as my own. There's a great emphasis on attention to detail, and the service from all of the Biltmore Farms' employees has been exceptional."

That attention to detail is what makes the town center an ideal location for any office or retail business. With restaurants, conference space, banks, YMCA, and more all within walking distance, tenants enjoy a quality of life and sense of community that is unique to Asheville. Dr. Lefberg remarks that "I like to get out of the office during lunch and walk through the many trails and walkways that Biltmore Park has to offer. On nice days, you might even see one of my dental assistants or hygienists roaming the streets of Town Square handing out free toothbrushes and promoting good dental health." Whether you want a new toothbrush or you just want to learn more about the happenings in Biltmore Park, now is a better time than ever to explore.

Recently opened streets have made getting around even easier, and new tenants have added to the growing array of offerings. Of course, Town Square still has space available, so while you are enjoying a movie, cooling down with a scoop of ice cream, or just going out to dinner with friends, consider the benefits of working and living in Town Square.
