Biltmore Park Town Square Welcomes Two New Tenants

Join us in welcoming two new retailers to Town Square, Charming Charlie and OIL & VINEGAR.

Founded in Houston, Texas in 2004, Charming Charlie will offer a variety of trendy, affordable fashion accessories such as jewelry, handbags and scarves.  To enhance your shopping experience, items are organized by color for convenience.  Fun music, sparkly chandeliers and friendly greets will make you think you just walked into a party!  Charming Charlie is a national fashion accessory boutique which will occupy 7,027 sq. ft. next to The Natural Home in Town Square.

The international franchise, OIL & VINEGAR, invites you to exercise your senses by smelling, tasting, and touching the products before purchasing.  This “culinary gift shop” unites a variety of international foods and cooking products.  OIL & VINEGAR was founded in the Netherlands in 1999 and reflects a contemporary take on rustic southern European kitchens by placing an emphasis on being “Passionate about Taste.” Here you are encouraged to sample products and receive excellent tips on how to best use them.  OIL & VINEGAR will open this August and will occupy 1,669 sq. ft. next to BETTE.

Don’t wait for these new stores to open to visit Town Square.  Spend a day exploring this urban village.  Bring your kids to O.P. Taylor’s toy store before enjoying dinner at Town Square’s latest restaurant BRiOSO Fresh Pasta, grab some dessert at YaYa’s Frozen Yogurt, and then end your day with a movie at Regal® Biltmore Grande.
