Brixx Makes a Big Impression

Brixx Wood Fired Pizza opened its doors in Asheville this past Monday, April 27th, after a weekend of pre-opening celebrations. The new restaurant hosted a charity event last Saturday evening with all proceeds benefiting Eblen-Kimmel Carities. Not only was the even a success, with Brixx raising $5,000 for the local non-profit, but also the restaurant was a big hit for patrons as they sampled Brixx's menu.Biltmore Park Town Square tenants were treated to a sneak peak during lunch on Friday and Saturday as well, enjoying the warm weather in the shade of an outdoor seating area and the brightly colored, energetic interior.

While Brixx is a franchise, the owners are very much in tune with eclectic Asheville, originating from the city themselves. The restaurant promises to have something for everybody with a wide selection of menu items, a family-friendly atmosphere, late night hours, and convenient location. With delicious food and a dynamic ambiance, Brixx has the makings of becoming a neighborhood favorite.

Patrons can grab a bite to eat and then, after a short walk, take in a movie at the Regal Biltmore Grande Stadium 15. Town Square tenants have already proven just how much they love the new hangout; you can find many of them there on their lunch breaks.
