New 2013 Openings in Biltmore Park Town Square!

2013 has a lot in store for Biltmore Park Town Square!
Our 42-acre Town Square is inspired by New Urbanism principles. Our progressive, one-of-a-kind development honors the tradition of its surroundings while adding energy and excitement to the community. In 2013, we’ll be adding quite a lot of excitement to our community – BT’s Burgerjoint, The Thirsty Monk South and Ann Taylor LOFT!
BT’s Burgerjoint
BT’s Burgerjoint will be opening this February in Biltmore Park Town Square, bringing delicious burgers and a versatile menu such as hot dogs, fried pickles, veggie burgers, chicken sandwiches, salads, and much more.
“With all the exciting things that are happening in Biltmore Park Town Square we felt that the Center presented a golden opportunity for us,” said Thom Perez, marketing coordinator for BT’s Burgerjoint. Mr. Perez added that “we’re thrilled about becoming part of the business community here. We’re hoping to add to the mix and contribute as much as we can. In addition to having a vital presence in Town Square, we look forward to getting involved with the community at large.”

The Thirsty Monk
The Thirsty Monk South, a local pub and brewery, is coming to Biltmore Park in April 2013!
Enjoy their incredible beer selection and a wonderful food menu, including anytime bites, burgers, salads, sandwiches and desserts.
The new South location at Biltmore Park will include an expanded brewery! It will feature a four barrel brewery and over 3,000 square feet of space. It will be located next to Natural Impressions in Two Town Square.
The Thirsty Monk has its share of accolades, including the #3 Best Beer Bar in the Country and the #1 Best Beer Bar in the South from Craftbeer.com! We’re happy to Welcome them to Biltmore Park!
Ann Taylor LOFT
This spring Biltmore Park Town Square will welcome a new retail destination – Ann Taylor LOFT! The popular women’s store, LOFT, features everything from business to everyday apparel, shoes, accessories and gift items.
With the opening of this new, 5,000 square foot store, expected in May, this location will be the premier of the Ann Taylor brands in the Asheville market. Ann Taylor LOFT will be near Barnes & Noble, across the street from Charming Charlie.
