April 1, 2013

It’s that time again – pull out your running shoes and get ready for the 3rd annual Ramble Run at Biltmore Park. Whether you’re a 5k runner or looking for a more challenging 12k race, join us on Saturday, May 11th, to participate in all the festivities! Whether you’ve been racing in the Asheville area for years or are brand new to running, this is one event you won’t want to miss.

Starting and finishing at Biltmore Park Town Square, runners will follow Schenck Parkway in Biltmore Park through The Ramble’s south gate to the 5K turnaround at Overlook Park. The 12K course continues through The Ramble past Longmeadow Park, along the paved Dingle Creek trail, over Bow Bridge and back to Biltmore Park Town Square. See the course map, and check out the full schedule

Ramble Run Festivities

Organized by the Asheville Track Club and presented by Mission Health, the Ramble Run will feature a fitness expo, healthy food from Earth Fare, music and other post race festivities awaiting participants and their families at the finish line.
