Asheville Cinema Society Returns for Their 4th Season!
You may have seen our posts on Facebook or Twitter about films showing at the Regal Biltmore Grande Stadium 15 by the Asheville Cinema Society. If you haven’t attended a film screening by the Asheville Cinema Society, you’re missing out. They screen wonderful films that you may not be able to see on the big screen anywhere else! After three years of great success, the Asheville Cinema Society (ACS) has returned for its 4th Season in 2013!
Every other Tuesday night, the Asheville Cinema Society shows two, often award-winning independent films, at two locations: Regal Biltmore Grande Stadium 15 and the Asheville Community Theatre.
The schedule of upcoming films for Regal Biltmore are as follows:
- April 16th – 7:15pm
- May 21st – 7:15pm
- June 25th – 7:15pm
- July 30th – 7:15pm
- August 20th – 7:15pm
- September 17th – 7:15pm
- October 15th – 7:15pm
- November 7-10 – ASHEVILLE CINEMA FESTIVAL. Both November 7th for the Opening Night Film and the November 10th Best of the Fest screenings will be at the Regal Biltmore Grande Stadium in Biltmore Park.
The screenings are free to Cinema Society Members and are priced as follows for non-members:
Advance Tickets Online: $12
Student Tickets: $7
Special 6 Ticket Package that can be used for any 4th Season Showing (not valid for the Cinema Festival in November) – $70
A single membership for the 4th Season is $175 ($7.95 per film average)
A double membership for two people is $275 ($6.25 per film average)
Anyone can purchase tickets to the films, but members enjoy discounts at the great local businesses that sponsor the Cinema Society, including Roux and Travinia, both of which have specials before and after the shows for members.
