Chef’s Apron Neighborhood Trattoria is now open in Biltmore Park Town Square. This locally owned Italian restaurant is located along Town Square Boulevard next to Barnes & Noble.
Chef’s Apron offers fresh Italian entrees using local and regional farm ingredients while surrounding patrons with a casual, yet refined atmosphere. Guests can enjoy daily homemade sauces, soups, salads, dressings and dough. The New York Style pizza and calzones are prepared using fresh dough and baked in brick ovens; the restaurant offers white, wheat and gluten-free crust options.
